In todays world of technology, we can easily connect to your computer from our office and provide you training and support. For remote desktop support, all you need is Broadband Internet connection.
Please click here to download Remote Desktop software and follow the steps.
Step 1 : Download and copy software file on your desktop.
Step 2 : Double Click on Team Viewer, You will get 9 digit ID and Password.
Step 3 : Email your 9 digit ID and Password to JVS Support Executive on support@softcath.com
Step 4 : JVS Executive will connect to your computer and provide you the support.
Software Upgrades & Customization
JVS Group continuesly keep updating SoftCath software and add new features regularly. All our customers who are enrolled in Annual Maintanance Contract receives free software upgrades.
